This will immediately block the card to prevent unauthorized use. You can then request a replacement card through our platform or at authorized service centers. Any remaining balance on your lost card can be transferred to your new card once you receive it.

Yes, you can manage multiple transit cards under a single BusCardUp account. This feature is particularly useful for families or individuals who maintain separate cards for different purposes.

To add additional cards to your account:

  1. Log into your BusCardUp account
  2. Navigate to "Card Management"
  3. Select "Add New Card"
  4. Enter the card number and follow the registration process

You can manage up to 10 cards under a single account. Each card will have its own balance, transaction history, and settings, but can be managed from your central dashboard.

How do I reset my password?

If you've forgotten your password or need to reset it, follow these steps:

  1. Visit the login page on our website or app
  2. Click on "Forgot Password" or "Reset Password"
  3. Enter the email address associated with your account
  4. Check your email for a password reset link
  5. Click the link and follow the instructions to create a new password

  • Mobile app reloads: Usually process within 30 minutes to 2 hours
  • Auto-reload: Immediate when threshold is reached
  • In-person at reload stations: Immediate

For online and mobile reloads, you need to tap your card at a designated card reader or validation terminal to complete the reload process. This activates the pending reload and updates your card balance.

If your reload hasn't reflected after 24 hours, please contact our customer support.

How do I set up auto-reload for my card?

Setting up auto-reload ensures your transit card always has sufficient balance. To configure this feature:

  1. Log into your BusCardUp account
  2. Navigate to "Card Management"
  3. Select the card you want to set up auto-reload for
  4. Click on "Auto-Reload Settings"
  5. Set your preferred threshold amount (when balance falls below this, auto-reload will trigger)
  6. Set your preferred reload amount
  7. Add or select your payment method
  8. Review and confirm your settings

You can modify or cancel your auto-reload settings at any time. You'll receive email notifications whenever an auto-reload transaction occurs.

How accurate is the fare calculator?

Our fare calculator provides highly accurate estimates based on current fare structures and routes. The calculator takes into account:

  • Distance between origin and destination
  • Time of travel (peak/off-peak hours)

  • Transfer policies
